INSTRUCTIONS TO RESEARH PROPERTY ON MAP BELOW:
Position your cellphone in horizontal position.
On Left Navigation map below,
- On fillable space on Search (left side top of map), enter location or address of property; in which you are interested in. (Example: Eagle Rock, Glendale, etc. )
- Click PRICE and input if how much is the price . (Example: min. $800,000 max. $1,500,00)
- OPEN HOUSE (skip for now)
- Press & click PROPERTY TYPE (Ex. Single Family; Condo, Income prop)
- Press & check mark on STATUS of property (active; pending; etc)
- Press & check SALE TYPE (enter standard; foreclosure; etc)
- Press BED & BATH then enter min/max quantity.
- PROPERTY SIZE (skip for now)
- LOT SIZE (skip for now)
- YEAR BUILT (skip for now)
- PARKING (skip for now)
- SOLD PRICE (skip for now)
- Lastly, go back to the top where location and address are. then CLICK SEARCH . You will see properties will show up on the map. If NO properties appeared, then revise the price and other features.
- Click the property MLS NUMBER of properties you like, to see outside and inside images of house.
